Clinical hypnotherapist
Specialising in helping Say Goodbye to Stress, Anxiety & Depression Get help nowA warm welcome
Hi! I’m Lee, a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Lets say goodbye to stress, anxiety, anger, depression and phobia.
How would it feel, to wake up tomorrow and your anxiety and associated problems vanished in the night ?, what would others notice ?, what would you nice, what would that change?
We use this wonderful tool called Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we look at positive solutions, We don’t need to go over the old problems to find today’s solutions. With a mix of psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis, we find your answers, to getting you enjoying your life to the full. My clients take away a number of tools that have had a dramatic effect on taking back control of their lives.
Our brains whats to feel safe, we find thousands of ways to tell it, its not. Our job is to create an enviroment where your brain can process everything, and put your world back in order.
Think of it as a mental massage.
It’s the most natural process, and your wonderful brain and body will thank you. It’s an investment not only for you, but all those around you.
