Hi, I am Lee, a Clinical Hypnotherapist. If you are feeling stressed, anxious, low in mood, angry, or struggling with fears, support is available.
How would it feel to wake up tomorrow feeling calmer and more in control? What would be different? What would others notice? What positive changes might you begin to see? I use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, a practical and forward looking approach that focuses on solutions rather than revisiting past problems.
By combining psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis, we work together to help you move toward a calmer, more confident life. Clients learn simple and effective tools that support emotional wellbeing and help them regain a sense of balance and control. Our brains are designed to keep us safe, yet modern life can leave us feeling overwhelmed. My role is to create a calm and supportive space where your mind can process experiences more effectively and begin to restore balance. Think of it as time set aside to reset and recharge mentally.
It is a natural and relaxing process that supports both mind and body. An investment in your wellbeing can also have a positive impact on those around you.
