Payment & Cancellation 

Your appointments are very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity is missed to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the chance to receive help. Being on time is also important, to give you the full session and time to prepare for the next client. 

The full cost may be applied for a client that fails to stick to appointments.

Block booked sessions are non-refundable once the commitment to block booking sessions is made. If sessions need to be delayed or re-scheduled, we will endeavour to accommodate.
