Phobia Appointment
£300
Many phobias can often be addressed within a short course of sessions, sometimes around four, depending on the individual and the nature of the fear. This tends to work best when general stress levels are relatively low and the phobia is not complex.
A short pre-session phone call (free of charge) is usually arranged first to discuss your situation and determine whether a focused phobia programme may be suitable.
Phobia sessions are approximately 60 minutes long and can take place online or at the clinic.
